Automate the addition of invoice surcharges to sales invoices in Exact Online. T-Box calculates surcharges based on predefined fixed or variable conditions and supports a consistent, fully automated invoicing process.
Automatically adding an invoice surcharge ensures that surcharges are calculated and added to sales invoices in Exact Online without manual intervention. Based on a one-time configured percentage, T-Box calculates the desired surcharge and adds it as a separate invoice line to the sales invoice.
T-Box continuously monitors open sales invoices that have not yet been processed. For each invoice, the configured surcharge percentage is applied to the invoice amount. An additional invoice line containing the calculated surcharge amount is then added automatically. This eliminates the need for manual calculations and ensures that the surcharge is applied consistently to every invoice.
