T-Box Intercompany Project Management enables organizations to centrally manage projects within Exact Online Project Management from a single master administration, while employees continue to work in their own administrations without changes to existing processes.
When a project is created in the master administration, T-Box automatically creates the corresponding project in one or more target administrations. Relevant project data, including project information and budget details, is synchronized automatically to ensure consistency across all participating administrations.
Employees can then register their time against these synchronized projects from within their own administration. Once a time entry is finalized, T-Box automatically synchronizes it back to the master administration.
This enables multiple administrations to collaborate efficiently on the same project, while overall project management, reporting, and invoicing remain centralized in a single administration.
The result is greater visibility, reduced manual effort, and a consistent project administration across the entire organization.
