T-Box Central Project Management enables organizations to centralize project management, time registration, and customer management within a single overarching Exact Online administration. All customer data, projects, and time registrations are managed from a central CRM administration, while invoicing is performed from the appropriate target administration.

When a project is created, a project classification is assigned. This classification determines which target administration is responsible for invoicing the registered hours. Based on this classification, T-Box automatically creates both the project and the associated customer in the designated target administration.

Employees subsequently register their hours centrally within the CRM administration. Once time entries are finalized, T-Box automatically transfers them to the linked target administration, where they become available as submitted hours for further processing.

After review, the hours can be approved in the target administration and included in the regular invoicing process. This ensures that all project information remains centrally available, while invoicing is handled by the administration responsible for delivering the services.

T-Box Central Project Management combines centralized project control with decentralized invoicing, providing greater insight into projects, customers, and time registrations without changing existing administrative responsibilities.
