T-Box Batch & Serial Flow supports all Exact Online Wholesale and Production subsciption plans.
How does T-Box Batch & Serial flow process stock positions?
T-Box Batch & Serial Flow follows the Stock Position settings configured in Exact Online when processing goods. For users of Exact Online Wholesale & Production Professional or Premium, goods transactions are processed using the item's default Stock Position. When working with an Exact Online Wholesale or Production Plus license, goods transactions are processed using the Stock Position assigned to the item. Users with an Exact Online Wholesale or Production Essentials license, or environments where Stock Positions are disabled, do not use this Stock Position determination and are therefore excluded from the scenarios described above.
What type of scanner can I use?
T-Box Batch & Serial flow supports all handscanners that are directly connected to your PC. Please mind, not all scanners are suitable for complex barcode structures.
Does T-Box support ERP systems other than Exact Online?
T-Box Batch & Serial Flow supports a standard integration with Exact Online. Integration options are also available for other ERP systems. Does T-Box Batch & Serial flow replace my ERP-system?
No, T-Box Batch & Serial Flow does not replace your ERP. Like all T-Box products, it’s built to work alongside your existing system. We use the data that’s already in your ERP and add smart, practical functionality on top to make your daily processes more efficient, faster, and easier to manage.
