Twan Spierts is director/owner of Movidis, is an importer and distributor of video and photo accessories for smartphones and cameras. The company is experiencing rapid development. Movidis' range includes tripods, lighting, microphones and bags. “Our products are aimed at content creators, whom we want to support with professional accessories to create even better images.”
Creating and publishing their own content by people and companies with a mobile phone has boomed in recent years. And with that the company also grows. In 2020, Movidis will switch to Exact Online as an ERP system. T-Box ICL is chosen for the necessary linking of the various administrations.
“We use T-Box Intercompany Logistics to link the administrations of our various operating companies,” says Twan. “We started by drawing a flowchart together with a consultant from T-Box, in which we recorded which processes we wanted to link together.
It was important that everything was automated, so that we no longer had to perform unnecessary actions. T-Box has set up the ICL connection based on this.”
Movidis also uses T-Box to send feeds to customers. “This way we ensure that customers see the current stock and prices. Various customers want to receive specific data in a data feed, such as product information or photo material. With T-Box we have fully automated this.”
